Sarah serves as the lead trader under the direction of Peter Ketchand and our investment committee. She is responsible for executing the necessary trades according to the portfolio allocations of our discretionary models.

Sarah joined Owens Estate & Wealth Strategies Group in 2016. She graduated from Ghidotti Early College High School and earned three associate’s degrees from Sierra College. She passed the Securities Industry Essentials exam and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Sarah is from Grass Valley and lives here with her husband, Cory, and their son, Declan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, cooking, going out to local restaurants, swimming at the Yuba River, working out at her CrossFit gym, and spending time with her family, friends and cats.
